  • Original tags and packaging attached
  • Not altered in any way

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional giveaway products
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, ZB CLOTH will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

There will be no additional charge to the customer for errors caused by us.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent by customers.
